seeking an motivated Badminton Coach and Feeder to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching to players of varying skill levels, to advanced.
- Plan and execute structured training sessions focusing on technique, strategy, and fitness.
- Act as a feeder during practice sessions, ensuring accurate and consistent feeding to help players improve their shot precision.
- Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to the needs of individual players.
- Ensure a positive and motivating training environment. • Minimum 1 year experience in coaching
- BWF, NIS and PSM CCP certified coaches will have priority in selection
- Salary as per industry standards
