Terms and Conditions of Malik Badminton Academy
Enrollment:
1. By enrolling in any program or service offered by Malik Badminton Academy, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

All participants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Disruptive behavior or actions that may endanger others will not be tolerated.

Malik Badminton Academy prioritizes the safety and well-being of its participants. All individuals are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the coaching staff.
7. Equipment:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate badminton equipment and attire for training sessions. The academy may provide equipment for certain programs, but participants are encouraged to bring their own if possible.
8. Liability:
Malik Badminton Academy and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during training sessions or while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
9. Medical Conditions:
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations to the coaching staff before participating in any training program. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they are medically fit to engage in physical activity.
10. Photography and Media:
